Closing remarks

In 2004, Porteur Keene co-founded Changeboard, having spotted an opportunity to build a global HR community with his friend and business partner Jim Carrick- Birtwell. Today the online business is based in 8 geographic locations in and outside of the UK. Changeboard also operates an off-line HR centric magazine and events business both in the UK and across the Middle East. Outside of his role at Changeboard, he is actively involved with a not-for-profit youth rugby charity (R4UK) in Lambeth and has just been asked to join the board of a London based Employee Brand consultancy.

After graduating in Politics from the University of Hull, Porteur joined the global consulting firm Arthur Andersen in their Human Capital practice. After a few years he left to join a privately owned recruitment firm in the City. Having spent 7 years in the business he left to co-founded Bullet Search which specialised in the HR and OD space.

Outside of work he lives in a converted Church near Marlow with his wife and is the proud father of three girls. His main interests outside of the office revolve around music, rugby and riding.
